Preorder Information

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or is made to order and an allocation for stock is available for purchase. A pre-order can also be for items that have sold out quickly and are in high demand. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a preorder purchase. Pre order items each state that they are preorders on their individual product details.

When you place your preorder it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. The preorder is paid for at that time so your item/items can be put into production.

Please not that time frames provided are an estimate due to production schedules and may arrive before or after this time.

PREORDER TIME FRAME

We give an approximate delivery time of between 3-8 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods.

We also take into consideration the amount of orders that we are processing. While our turnaround time is relatively quick and easy, there can be delays that are out of our control.

In regards to any delays, we understand that this may be frustrating and we share this frustration. We don't delay orders on purpose and we want you to have your orders as soon as possible.

We do not currently offer split orders (sending what is in stock and a preorder placed in the same order) When you place an order, only one shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, will we ship an order.

PLEASE NOTE:

All items vary with times, please allow up to 8 weeks before contacting us for an update as you must understand this delivery time is to our warehouse. Once we perform and complete Quality Control, your items will be shipped within 24-48hours. We also reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and alter information at any given time.

Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are. Please see Australia Post online for estimated delivery times.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your order, you will recieve a confirmation email along with a tracking number (where applicable) to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Your parcel is then sent within 24-48 hours via Australia Post. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order. If it has been less than 4 weeks and you're yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If there is a product in your order that does not arrive due to supplier errors, we will contact you via email and advise.

PREORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange,

On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a ($12.95) cancellation fee will apply. This covers website/sales fees, paypal/credit merchant fees and reselling fees which are non refundable to us.

Upon ordering from our preorder stock, you are committing to purchase from Storks and Stripes Childrens Boutique, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to the above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.

You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS

If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.

This also applies to late or delayed orders.
